Founded in 1992, Family of Faith College is located seven miles north of Shawnee, Oklahoma. It was founded by the decree of the Holy Spirit to equip students or laborers, spiritually, academically, and practically to accomplish the Great Commission through effective service in churches, Christian schools, and businesses.
It exists to provide higher education and training in the unique environment of the New Testament pattern of church government. This government and oversight, both in churches and in the college, is provided by apostles, prophets, evangelists, pastors and teachers working as team members in deep covenant relationship. The institution's effectiveness is well demonstrated through the number of its alumni (95%) who are in full-time Christian service impacting several nations.
Family of Faith College holds applicant status with the accrediting association of Bible Colleges and is also an accredited Bible School in the Division of Bible Institutes, Schools, and Colleges of the International Christian Accrediting Association. It is licensed by the Oklahoma Department of Justice for admission of international students, and the college is a member of the Oral Roberts University Educational Fellowship.
